Konqueror without KDE

I am interested in using the Konqueror web browser, but I am not
interested in building KDE 2 or using KDE.

Does anyone use Konqueror under Blackbox?

Does anyone know if Konqueror can be built without KDE 2? (If you have any
links or hints, please share.)
