I really have no idea.. but I also use 2 monitors w/ bb. I just configure
them to be independent X terminals.. so its kinda like i have 2 computers..
works great for me. I was playing with Xinerama but had the same
problems you are facing.. 2 terminals was my solution.. in which I'm quite
happy.
