Actually, I'm writing a php script for another application entirely that
has a simple menuing system.  I have no training or experience with c++
and I've only played with c on my own for a few 10s of hours, so looking
at even the tiny Blackbox source is overwhelming :-)

Although, now that you mention it, it would be pretty cool to have a
browser based Blackbox configuration tool for the menu, and maybe even
background images, bbapconf (though I haven't had time to play with that
yet), etc.
