SmartPlacement

bb 0.6.1.1

I can't change CascadePlacement to SmartPlacement.
I know that bb can't be running when you edit .blackboxrc, so I do it
from console.  When I fire up bb and look at .blackboxrc it says
SmartPlacement (although seems to be working in cascade mode).  Then I
logout, and login again, and .blackboxrc says CascadePlacement
again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

cascade placement sucks!

anyone else had this problem?
