Alt-TAB [new to blackbox]

The documentation at bb.themes.org tells me that I can use Alt-TAB to 
switch between windows.  However, this does not work.  I explicitly set 
Alt as my windowCycleModifier in the .blackboxrc file, but this did no good.

Do I need bbkeys installed for Alt-TAB to cycle my windows?
