Click to focus functionality

Hi,

When 'Click to focus' is enabled, I can only focus a window by hitting
the title or the border of the windows.

In my former window manager (sawfish), it focused the window whereever I
clicked in the window, it really bugs me that I just can't click
anywhere in the window.

So, can this be done somehow? If I can't do it myself, it's a feature
wish :)
