Actually, I have two patches (no_auto_hide and hide_toolbar), found at
http://www4.ncsu.edu/~rjmorris/blackbox
that when used together will get rid of the autohide feature and then put
an entry in your runtime config menu that allows you to show/hide the
toolbar whenever you want.
