I had asked about this some time ago and was told that it's not possible
since blackbox itself does not allow the menu to be used by the
keyboard. Therefor even if bbkeys could pop up the menu, you still
would need the rodent to select an item.
I wish this feature was added - it's the only thing I miss from
WindowMaker.
