I'll look into it... I've never actually encountered DirectColor before,
and looking around has only turned up rather sketchy info about it (it
seems to let you create per-channel color maps, but that's all I can
tell so far). Anyway, if it works the way I expect, I don't see where
there would be any problems in adding it.
