If I use Results as a theme bbmail colors the envelope fine according to what mailbox have new mail. If I use Cthulhain only my red colored main inbox gets colored, and it remains uncolored if mail in any other mailbox arrives. It increses the number allright though. If I rightclick the envelope and look at the small menu, the color also appears fine. This is with exactly the same bbmail.bb conffile -- the only thing changed is the style file.
