I've noticed that the issue with not being able to do an alt+mouse
click on a window to raise or drag it while numlock is on has been
brought up many times, I've yet to see a definitive answer as to
whether it's a bug or a feature. Is there any chance of this being
either fixed or made into an option in the near future? I tried
making a change mentioned by Jeff Raven

I'm just installed Blackblox 0.61.1, and so far love it except for
the numlock bug/feature/whatever.
