Alt and click

I was looking to modify the 'alt' and click action and was wondering if
anyone know which part of the code handles that.  Originally I thought
that blackbox.cc would do it, but I havn't had any luck finding
reference to it.  My only guess is that it is in Window.cc but man that
file is huge.
Any info *greatly* appreciated.
