Well, I think honestly that there is _one_ little bug left in bb, which is
related to the toolbar display for window titles. Sometimes when I switch
workspaces quickly, blackbox displays some window's title in toolbar,
while the current workspace is empty. When I then close the window on the
other workspace, the toolbar in the current workspace displays rubbish
(just random characters). It looks like a pointer gone wild. Maybe
that's the reason for the 1 or 2 crashes a year I experience. The crashes
occur when I switch workspaces too fast (w/o waiting for all windows to
redraw). That's also how I manage to mangle the toolbar display.
Also, I would like to see some improvements in smart placement (that's
slow sometimes, and could be more intelligent (ie striving for a minimal
overlap etc).
Other than that, it really has advanced to the point it set out for,
minimalism, elegance, fast, etc. It's still my mostly preferred WM, with
others following at quite a distance.
kind regards,
Wilbert.
