resizing misalignment question

I've been enjoying blackbox very much with the weird exception of my resizing of a 
window.  It may be my version of xfree or another problem but when I resize, my 
pointer does change shape, but the pointer doesn't stay aligned with the "to be 
resized" corner.  Is this normal or have I compiled with a bad option?  Thanks in 
advance.
