Sticky Apps

First of all, blackbox rocks! Best WM I've ever seen.

Now to my question:

Is there a way to make blackbox know that an app should automatically
open as "stick" ? I start my ICQ client during xinit, and it would be
great to have it stick automatically.

I've tried to edit .Xresources and add licq to the auto-sticky list, but
it didn't work out ...

Any ideas?
