No config file is going to solve this problem, it requires a patch. I am
not certain that this is blackbox's fault, though the fact that twm
resizes it correctly is making me lean in that direction. To further
explain the bug, blackbox seems to ignore the current width and set a
larger width on resize. If anyone else is interested in testing this, you
