No, it wouldn't be hard to do, but having this feature would currently be
quite pointless. Currently, it's not possible to move around in the menus
using the keyboard.
Wait until they put out a snapshot of Blackbox that has the
keyboard-navigatable menus. Then, it should be quite easy to add to
Blackbox.
