Because the styledir code does not recurse through subdirectories,
something you wanted.  I personally would prefer that menus remain simply
flat text files so that I can move them easily between systems.  Also, I
tend to be wary of lines like "It should only raise the total codebase of
BlackBox by a few KB."  Thats how we got feature creep in this window
manager to begin with.  As Jason suggested, have a look at modifying his
script, as this will easily do what you want.
