It wont depend on another application. You could still use the toolbars to
switch windows as now. You would only need the other application if you
were going to use bbkeys to switch windows. So you're already introducing
another application as is..

In regard to the "like other desktop environments....", I'm not sure how
providing nicer window cycling takes away from Blackbox. Do you not like
calling it "KDE Style" or is something else the issue?
