bbweather config

I'm hoping someone who has bbweather can help me. I have bbweather 
installed and configured, except when I open it, I get the following error:


Error: can't read from /home/gino/.wmWeatherReports/KVIH.TXT

I've run GrabWeather and .wmWeatherReports exists, but is empty.

When I issue "bbweather KVIH" I get the error but the bbweather window 
opens, showing 0 temp and humidity.

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.
