Status of Blackbox development?

Does anyone on the list know what's the status of Blackbox development.
The last entry on the web page is from stamped May 2000, and there's been
nothing out since 0.61.1 which was released on October 2000. That makes a
year with no updates to the home pages and over half a year since last
official change to the Blackbox source base.

This sounds to me that Brad and Jeff have found "better" things to do.
Correct me if I'm wrong.
