Kde panel embedding?

Has there already been a patch to allow kde panel embedding apps to dock in 
BB? Or should I attempt to write one? Which would be better/easier, a 
container app that  docks all Kde apps, and then a separate one for 
GNOME/whatever, or just an extension to the BB bar?
