I noticed this also sometimes, that bbkeys does not re-iconify when
blackbox restarts.
Bu certainly you do NOT need to reboot your pc. Just click on the upper
right cross to close bbkeys, then restart bbkeys by typing somewhere in a
terminal:
bbkeys -i &
Be sure that bbkeys keeps running when you close the terminal. If you
close the terminal by typing CTRL+D it should work.
