"Might not have a choice?"  I beg to differ - people have very much a
say over the actions the mouse performs, such as pointing on any random
attachment and double-clicking it.  It's not like the worm infects your
system without your interaction.

Furthermore, I feel that the choice of MUA is another issue where people
DO have a choice, only many are way too lazy to even think about it.

I've posted this earlier, just thought if somebody missed it I'll do it
again:  At http://www.netmeister.org/misc/SirCam.procmailrc i put a
procmail-recipe to put any mail with a subject re-occurring in the
attachment-name to /dev/null and responds to the sender informing
him/her that their computer is infected and how to remove the worm.
