My feeling is that the windows users on the list have both windows
and *nix machines, and that they do not send mail from their own boxes
(meaning they log into mail servers to send mail).
So though they have windows boxes that they use, they may not necessarily be
exclusively windows users. I believe a couple have commented on how they
are forced to use windows at work.
