KDE 2.2 and Blackbox How?

How can I get the KDE 2.2 desktop  on blackbox? I've read all the how-to's but there 
old and they don't work cause kfm isn't there no more and there is no kwm in the 
startkde scripts anymore... Does anyone know how to do this? I hope you can still do 
it! thanks alot for your help :)
