Bring-to-Front

Blackbox List,

I actively use bbkeys... is it possible to create a key-combination (ie:
CTRL+f) that will bring a window to the front?

I love sloppy focus... and I like the ability to click inside a window
without bringing it to the front.. however I definately think it would be
handy to have a key combo that brings it to front.
