Mario, I am sure that there will be quite some number of people that would appreciate the work you are doing. However, do not expect your patches to go into the main blackbox tree itself. Although the feature of which you talk is quite nifty, it goes far beyond the sort of window managing environment that blackbox wants to achieve. I suggest that once you are happy with your patch, let us know on the list again, and then submit it to a blackbox patch site like http://blackbox.thelinuxcommunity.org. Patches for blackbox are welcome, but I think that the core program will remain lean.
