Well, you can't have the Gnome/KDE menus, they're... well... Gnome/KDE
menus.

Add this (or something like it) to whatever blackbox-menu file you're
using:

        [submenu] (debian gnu/linux) {}
             [include] (/etc/X11/blackbox/blackbox-menu) {}
        [end]

Now whatever gets added to the menuing system will appear in your own.
