this little program

http://www.sandklef.com/xbut/

worked out of the box for me. i can start it parallel to bbkeys and now,
if i press the infamous windows-key the blackbox menu pops up (the mouse
pointer must not be over a window though) -- i don't know whether or not
it is possible to navigate through the menu with keys only as of yet
(other than using bbkeys+xwit to move the mouse obviously) but to
everybody out there who always wanted to open the menu via keyboard:
it's possible. thanks steve!

best,

amael
