The window > will unmaximize, unshade for a split second (which it shouldn't do), > and then reshade. can't reproduce this either - but I see a different problem: Small window, right click titlebar, shade -> window is shaded Now, right-click titlebar, select "maximize" -> window _un_shades AND maximizes (note that the "shade" in the titlebar-menu is now deselected, as it is no longer shaded). Big window, titlebar menu, "shade" -> big window shades Now, right click titlebar menu, "maximize" (ie unmaximize) -> window gets small, but stays shaded, as it should. However, right-clicking on the titlebar shows that the "Shade" part in the menu is _de_selected. That is, even though the window is shaded, BB thinks it's unshaded. Select "Shade": window stays shaded (as BB thought it was unshaded), "Shaded" is turned on.
