This is a problem i faced with blackbox only.  I am out of town at the
moment, i will take the suggestions when i get home again.  I read on
www.themes.org using LC=C for artwiz fonts as well.  It may help with my
situation as well.  SO i will try that, and recompiling with
--enable-locales-fix

Will let you guys know if any suggestions work.
