Because being able to use Esetroot usually means that you have Eterm lying
around somewhere, since they are part of each other.

I don't use Eterm, so why should I have to either install it (if I'm using
a distro that packages it), or build it just so that I can get the binary
of it, and then delete everything else?

Further, bsetroot does things Esetroot can't. :)  Of course, the reverse is
also true.
