Here's a bug that has been in since at least 0.61.1. I've mentioned it before but I guess nothing happened with it.
When using acroread (adobe acrobat reader), usually during the open or when I do a find, blackbox seems to get into some loop, starts using 99% of the cpu time and just sits there forever. Killing acroread doesn't get me anything. Until I kill blackbox I'm stuck. This doesn't happen every time so it may require opening acroread a few times and/or searching a few times to reproduce.
