Hrm, does this mean that if from the Debian menu, I select
XShells->Eterm that the toolbar shouldn't be covered, because it is.
Eterm is just an example; this is the behavior w/ any program started
from the right-click menu.

Otherwise, I just have to test the gaim+fullscreen GL app
interoperability (don't want random IMs popping up on top of my
fullscreen GL app).
