I can duplicate his problem with unstable's emacs21.  It's not linked
against Motif, though... it's linked against Xaw3d.  So it's not the
toolkit anyway...

Seems like after resizing, emacs has an odd idea about the size of the
window area.  Try these... can you see it now?

Look especially at the right side of the window and the bottom.  See how
after resizing the frame, the toolbar suddenly doesn't reach to the edge of
the menubar?  And down at the bottom, we seem to have gained a line that
isn't really there.

I didn't actually resize the window... all I did was grab it, and release
it.  Emacs redrew it looking like that.

Blackbox 0.62.1 on XF410-15 (I haven't let -16 install yet).
