Brad has either committed his own version of click to raise or will tomorrow. He has had this implemented in his tree for a while now. as for the placeWindow(underMouse) option, I am willing to accept it, just not until the feature freeze is over. an alpha2 should be out in a day or so. We have tracked down several of the focus problems.
