The sf.net patch tracker has two patches from a fellow in Mexico which add translated man pages and updates to the NLS files.
I do not grok Spanish but it looks like the NLS updates are more to make the text fit the Mexican dialect of Spanish than actually fixes. Could someone else look at these? And forgive my stupidity, but why does Mexico use es_ES and not mx_ES?
