check out bbappconf, it's pretty damn close to the features that window
maker offers, and I find it works better (from the perspective of having
apps without decor loading at startup) than bblaunch.

search google for it... it's only the bbtools page, you'll have to hit
CTRL+F to find it... -peak3 is stable enough for me that I run it 24/7.
