Note: I've entered this in the bug list, although it's a low priority
item.

When the workspace of my secondary display has no windows open, clicking
on the toolbar or background doesn't change the display context for key
bindings.

Example:
I'm running blackbox without xinerama. Each display has four workspaces.
bbkeys/bbconf is set so that Alt-Fn is the shortcut for workspace n.

If display :0.0 has an active window, I can't make display :0.1 active
without opening a window: I can click on the toolbar, the desktop, or
even the bbkeys window, and Alt-F2 changes workspaces on display :0.0,
not :0.1.

Bringing up a menu or submenu doesn't change the display context either,
although opening anything or tearing off a submenu does.

My current workaround is to run bbpal on display :0.1 and click on that,
but it would be cool if clicking the toolbar had the same effect.
