ok, here's something that i've noticed with blackbox (all versions i
think) and bbpager 0.3.0. If i open an application (xcdplayer in this
test) and use bbkeys to make it sticky, but close it from a workspace
other than where i opened it bbpager still shows the window, and also
shows it having focus. doesnt seem to be a way to make it go away in the
bbpager display. if i subsequently re-open the same application it seems
to assocaiate itself with the old window in bbpager, so moving the new
non-sticky window on one workspace makes the old 'dead' window in
bbpager move and show focus too. if i toggle sticky on/off the 'dead'
window goes away and i'm left with the 'new' one.

xcdplayer marked sticky with focus. xcdplayer started on workspace 2,
currently on workspace 4:

after closing 'sticky' xcdplayer on workspace 4 i see 'dead' window
which looks like it has focus on workspace 2, but aterm on workspace 4
really has focus:

after opening new xcdplayer on workspace 4 the 'dead' window
on workspace 2 associates itself with this one, moving and showing
focus:

after toggling sticky on/off i am left with only the new xcdplayer on
workspace 4:

other odd thing is that although i see this quite regularly it doesnt
seem to be reproducible every time. i just tried to get it to happen
again and couldnt. any thoughts or comments would be welcome.
