I just wanted to reaffirm that I have now definitely seen this behavior
(slit
appearing behind windows despite 'always on top'). I have a Mozilla window
that is showing this behavior. Again, it doesn't happen all the time.

Great! It is not a big deal because I use bbkeys to switch workspaces but
it is good to know this is in the works.
