I have bbkeys and bbpal in the slit on my machine. I have heard reports of other bbtools misbehaving and comment on this in the alpha5 release notes. bbppp, bbsload, bbmail all have issues currently. We are looking into it. Basically it is a race condition that appeared when we removed the locking code from blackbox. Because it is a race tracking it will be fun (-:
