window (in this case gedit) keeps the "focused" style on window decorations whether focused or not, but here's the weird bit: the titlebar font is correctly dimming when unfocused, it's just the titlebar/label/handles/grip that are keeping the "focused" state whether the window is or not.
It's not a gedit thing, cos I started up a second instance of it and it had no probs. Tried shading, iconifying etc, but that didn't help, but for some reason maximising and unmaximising did - I hadn't previously, so that can't have caused it, but it fixed it. I've never had any problems with the style before, and it goes through bbconf alright. The buttons are the only parentrelative item on the windows, everything else is explicitly defined. Matt.
