Which version of OpenOffice.org1.0? - the 'unofficial' debs of 1.0 or from the OpenOffice.org website tarball? I'm running the .deb version from the openoffice.sf.net site (which disappeared a week or so back) and that doesn't appear to cause any problems with alpha7. I'll install from the tarball and see what that does. I'm also running the 'original' alpha7, so I'll update from CVS now & see if it makes a difference.
