At first I thought that it would make more sense for focus to always
be on the head that the mouse is on, but after thinking about it
I've managed to convince myself that it could be needlessly
confusing. I cant think of a case where it would make sense to take
away focus from one window without giving it to another.
Unfortunatly that leads to keyboard shortcuts behaving in what seems
to be a very odd manner. (At least until you figure out whats
happening)
