Thanks. It was set to /usr/pkg/bin/perl so it couldn't work. Never had
any trouble with perl scripts, so I did not look at that line.

Now I am trying to grep the weather from Braunschweig or Hannover, but
it seems those stations don't work :-(

I tried some other stations but always had the same result. Or nothing
happened for over 5 minutes.
