I've found something in BB beta1, Open up a window on a blank workspace, then ALT+Mid-click inside the window, and while holding down the ALT+mouse, move over to the bottom right handle.
Watch as the resize icon pops up. But what's weird is that moving the mouse to the bottom of the handle won't do anything, yet moving the mouse to the right of the handle will resize the window. (And the cursor is constrained to within the window's borders, which i also thought was odd) Thought i'd point it out for consistency's sake, it really doesn't affect anything :)
