Quicksilver thinks the folder is a file, because its name includes a
period character ('.'). I have stumbled over this in the past, and
tried fixing it in the source, but I haven't been able to find where
it does this; maybe it happens in an unreleased plugin.
The work-around is simple, though: avoid making directory names with
period characters in them (-:
