All my bookmarks are in folders, and I never had any trouble. They just come up as html links in the bookmarks.postplaces.html file.
Also, and do tell if you see/don't see this happening, but this no longer works for me. I don't know when it happened (right now I'm using an intel optimized FF 3.0 beta 5) but new bookmarks aren't appearing in the .html file. Instead, they are being stored in the new places.sqlite file. Anyone know a trick, or do we need to wait for a FF 3.0 QS plugin.
